First trip with the new aluminum radiator. Marginal improvment in cooling performance.
Issues: Upon returning home, a new “chirpy” sound was noticed from the front/engine bay. Inspection revealed that the retaining nut on the back of the a/c tensioner pulley had worked free and fallen off. Pulley was still held in place by belt tension, but could have fallen off at any time.

Resolution: New nut and thread locker.
